1. The provider
Play2Join ("the Service") is operated by Lorenzo Corradi, sole trader based in Italy, VAT number IT07259710486("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
2. The service
Play2Join lets you build gamified invitations, publish them at a public URL and collect RSVPs. Features, limits and pricing are described on the Pricing page and may evolve.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity performed under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
4. Plans and billing
- Free: limited features, one active invite.
- Single link: one-time purchase to publish one additional invite.
- Monthly / Annual: recurring subscription for unlimited invites and premium features.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Single-link purchases are non-refundable once the invite has been published.
5. Right of withdrawal
For consumers in the EU: by starting to use a paid feature immediately after purchase you explicitly request the execution of the contract during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital service has been fully performed.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the images, text and data you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, process and display your content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for making sure your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam, phishing or unlawful communications;
- upload illegal, harmful, defamatory or infringing content;
- attempt to breach security or reverse-engineer the platform;
- collect personal data of third parties without a valid legal basis.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms or for legal reasons.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory protections granted to consumers by the law of their country of residence.
